Pitch Camp, a company specializing in strategic pitching education, partnered with Hyper Theory to evolve their in-person workshops into a comprehensive digital experience. This case study explores the development of Pitch Camp's Web and Mobile applications, building upon the existing VR platform that is still in Beta testing.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to adapt the existing VR experience into web and mobile formats while enhancing functionality and user experience within budget constraints. Additionally, the project required an improved design system to ensure consistency across both Web and Mobile.

Solution
As the lead designer, I focused on several key areas:
- Enhanced Tutorials: Developed more detailed, user-centric tutorials that clearly differentiated between βEasyβ and βHardβ difficulty levels and user goals.
- New Features: Introduced innovative elements such as audio review and download capabilities, performance tips, and a "Random Pitch" option for quick engagement.
- User Experience Improvements: Incorporated calming animations to help users prepare for their pitching experience.
- Collaborative Development: Worked closely with Unity developers and 3D artists to ensure feasibility and visual consistency.
- Comprehensive Design System: Created an extensive design system in Figma, expanding from 40 pages for the VR experience to 114 pages for Web and Mobile apps.
